The middle (Better) tier is what most of our Tates Creek customers choose, and it's the option I'd recommend for your space — but every package below will look beautiful, hold up for decades, and be installed by a Lexington-based crew that does this work every day.

We'll remove the existing framed enclosure, prep the curb and surrounding tile, template the opening for a precise field-measured fit, and return to install your new frameless system. The full visit is dust-controlled, scheduled around your morning routine, and finished with a clean walk-through and care instructions.

Terms & Conditions
- This estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued; pricing thereafter is subject to material market changes.
- Glass products carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials.
- Workmanship is warrantied for the lifetime of original ownership of the home, transferable to one subsequent owner.
- Diamond-Seal coating carries a separate 10-year manufacturer warranty against degradation.
- A 50% deposit is required to schedule fabrication; the balance is due upon completion of installation.
- Accepted forms of payment: check, ACH transfer, all major credit cards, and Synchrony Home Design financing.
- All change orders must be requested and approved in writing prior to fabrication.
- Customer is responsible for clearing the work area and providing reasonable access on the day of installation.
- Glass Doctor will protect surrounding surfaces and remove all installation debris; final cleaning of the bathroom remains the customer's responsibility.
- A lien waiver will be issued upon receipt of final payment.
- Any pre-existing tile, drywall, or substrate conditions discovered during install that prevent a watertight install will be communicated and priced separately before work continues.
- Tempered glass is a safety product and is not warrantied against breakage caused by impact, thermal shock, or improper care.
- Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled install incur no fee; cancellations after that point forfeit the 50% deposit.
- Dispute resolution is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
