Same _shared.css, same tokens (--ns-surface · --ns-accent · --ns-positive), same components (.card · .kpi · .tbl · .pill · .timeline-entry), same 340/1fr/320 detail layout. _app.css adds bento + slide-over + cmd-k + toast. _app.js adds shared interaction primitives. One module, one design system, every surface clickable.
